A dedicated assistant meets you at your arrival point, helps with luggage, and guides you directly to the water taxi. From there, your transfer continues by private boat to the nearest accessible landing point for your accommodation or chosen destination. |

*If your hotel in Venice doesn't have its own water taxi jetty we'll provide an assistant who will travel on the water taxi with you and walk with you from the water taxi to the hotel entrance on arrival at the closest jetty.
The assistant is not a porter but can help with one or two suitcases if necessary.
You don't have to check to see if your hotel in Venice has a water taxi jetty, we do this for you.

- Additional passengers over 6 (max 10): €35 per person (includes 1 piece of luggage each)
- Extra luggage (after first piece): €8 per item
- Night service (22:00–07:00): +20%
- Waiting time after the first 10 minutes: €40 per 10 minutes
Hourly Water Taxi Services (Up to 6 Passengers)
- Canal Grande panoramic tour (1 hour): €335
- Hourly rate (minimum 2 hours): €275 per hour
- Islands tour (4 hours): €950
General Service Terms
- Cancellation: No penalty if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- Parking: Charged after the first 10 minutes of waiting and added to the invoice unless otherwise agreed.

To arrange your transfer, please fill out the form towards the bottom of the page with your pick-up location, destination, travel date, time, number of passengers and any additional requirements.
We will confirm availability and send a personalised schedule with the final price.
Payment is made securely by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, and you may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before collection.
You will receive the English-speaking driver’s direct contact number the day before your transfer, and you’ll be able to reach them easily on the day if you need assistance. We are also available by email at any time before, during or after your journey should you require support.
