To reach Piazzale Roma it's necessary to take a water bus (vaporetto) from your hotel but we can also provide the Venice water taxis in combination with our transfer service.
Prices displayed apply to collection times between the hours of 07:00 and 21:59. For collection times outside of these hours, a supplement of around 20% applies.

To arrange your transfer, please fill out the form towards the bottom of the page with your pick-up location, destination, travel date, time, number of passengers and any additional requirements.
We will confirm availability and send a personalised schedule with the final price.
Payment is made securely by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, and you may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before collection.
You will receive the English-speaking driver’s direct contact number the day before your transfer, and you’ll be able to reach them easily on the day if you need assistance. We are also available by email at any time before, during or after your journey should you require support.

What happens if my flight or train is delayed?
We monitor flights and trains for delays. The driver will wait free of charge for up to one hour beyond your scheduled arrival time. After that, a charge of €50 per additional hour (or part thereof) applies. We guarantee waiting time for up to three hours from the original scheduled arrival time.
Is the price per vehicle or per person?
All prices are per vehicle, not per person.
How much luggage can I bring?
Our sedan/saloon vehicles can accommodate up to four large suitcases or six medium-sized suitcases. Our minivans can usually accommodate between eight and ten suitcases, depending on their size. If you are travelling with additional luggage or large hard-shell cases, please let us know before booking so we can recommend the most suitable vehicle.
Can I pay on the day?
Payment is made in advance to confirm the booking. We accept card payments via a secure payment link. Cash payments on the day are not accepted unless specifically agreed in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled transfer. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the transfer are not eligible for a refund.

Customer Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, we'll provide a full refund, as long as you give us at least 48 hours' notice.
Delays
The driver will monitor your flight or train for any delays.
In the event of a delay, the driver will wait at no extra cost for up to one hour beyond the original scheduled arrival time. After this period, an additional charge of €50 per extra hour (or part thereof) will apply.
We guarantee that the driver will wait for up to three hours from the originally scheduled arrival time. If the delay exceeds three hours, the original booking becomes void and no refund will be issued. If you still require a transfer after this time, a new booking will need to be arranged and paid for separately, subject to driver availability.
Please note that these conditions apply even if you notify us in advance on the day of travel that your flight or train is delayed. Drivers are allocated to specific services and may have other bookings scheduled later the same day.
Causes of Delays
The above delay conditions apply regardless of the cause of the delay, including but not limited to bad weather, flight or train cancellations, strikes, technical issues, or missed connections.
Delays caused by airlines, railway operators, or other third parties are outside our control and responsibility. Any claims for losses or additional expenses should be directed to the relevant provider. We are happy to provide supporting documentation, such as receipts or booking confirmations, if required for an insurance or compensation claim.
Missed Flights or Trains
If you miss your flight or train and do not arrive as scheduled, the transfer will be treated as a cancelled service and no refund will be issued.
Incorrect Booking Details: You are responsible for providing accurate arrival and departure information. We cannot guarantee availability or provide refunds if incorrect details are submitted at the time of booking.
Final Checks: Before proceeding with payment, please double-check all booking information, including dates, times, and spelling. Mistakes such as incorrect dates, days of the week, or times may result in a missed service without refund.
Throughout the duration of your booking, you'll be able to contact us and speak to an English-speaking representative if you have any delays or problems to report. Our phone line, email, and WhatsApp account are monitored while bookings are underway.
