Payment is made securely by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, and you may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before collection.
You will receive the driver's contact number the day before your transfer, and you’ll be able to reach them easily on the day if you need assistance. We are also available by email at any time before, during or after your journey should you require further support.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight and the driver will wait in line with our flight delay policy. Airport pick-ups include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pick-up time (this applies only to transfers from the airport, not to the airport). If you need extra waiting time, it is charged at €120 per extra hour, VAT included.
Is the price per vehicle or per person?
All prices are per vehicle, not per person.
What is the luggage allowance?
Each passenger is permitted one large suitcase and one cabin bag. If any passenger has more than this, please let us know before the transfer is agreed.
Can I pay on the day?
Payment is made in advance to confirm the booking. We accept card payments via a secure payment link. We do not accept cash payments on the day of the transfer.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, we will provide a refund of 80% of the total payment. With between 24 and 48 hours' notice, we will provide a refund of 50%. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, no refund will be provided.

Customer Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking and provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, we will provide a refund of 80% of the total payment. With a notification period of between 24 and 48 hours' notice, we will provide a refund of 50%. For any cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, no refund will be provided.
Flight Delays
The driver will monitor your flight for any delays.
Airport pick-ups include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pick-up time. This complimentary waiting time applies only to transfers from the airport (it does not apply to transfers to the airport). Hotel or private address pick-ups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
How much is 1 extra waiting hour? €120 per extra hour, VAT included, payable directly to the driver in the same currency used for the booking.
Extended waiting is not guaranteed and depends entirely on driver availability. If the driver is unable to wait beyond the complimentary period, the service may not be provided and the booking will be treated as a missed service under our usual conditions.
Flight Cancellations
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, you must inform us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to reschedule. While we will make every effort to adjust the service, rescheduling cannot be guaranteed and will depend on driver availability.
If the driver is unable to wait beyond the complimentary period or reschedule the pick-up, a refund will not be possible, as the driver must be compensated for the time reserved and any waiting already undertaken.
Important: Both our team and the driver will always do our utmost to provide the service despite unforeseen delays, but the conditions above apply in all cases.
Incorrect Booking Details: You are responsible for providing accurate arrival and departure information. We cannot guarantee availability or provide refunds if incorrect details are submitted at the time of booking.
Final Checks: Before proceeding with payment, please double-check all booking information, including dates, times, and spelling. Mistakes such as incorrect dates, days of the week, or times may result in a missed service without refund.
