If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, we'll provide a full refund, as long as you give us at least 24 hours' notice.
Delays: The conditions below apply in the event of flight, train, or pick-up delays. Waiting times and permitted extensions vary depending on the service type selected at the time of booking.
Standard Service
The driver will monitor your flight or train. Your booking includes up to 1 hour of complimentary waiting time for airport, port, or railway station pick-ups, and 15 minutes for hotel or private address pick-ups. Beyond this, the driver may wait longer if their schedule allows. In such cases, late charges may apply at a rate of up to €45 per additional hour, payable directly to the driver in the same currency used for the booking.
There is no fixed maximum waiting time for the Standard Service. Extended waiting is entirely based on the driver's availability. If the driver is unable to wait beyond the permitted time, the service may not be provided and the booking will be treated as a missed service under our usual conditions.
Premium Service
The driver will wait at no extra cost for up to 1 hour beyond the scheduled arrival time. After that, a charge of €30 per additional hour (or part thereof) applies:
Delay up to 1 hour: no extra charge
Delay up to 2 hours: €60 (sedan) or €70 (minivan)
Delay up to 3 hours: €120 (sedan) or €140 (minivan)
The Premium Service guarantees waiting for up to 3 hours. If the delay exceeds 3 hours, the booking becomes void and no refund will be issued. A new booking must be made and will depend on driver availability.
Important: Even if you inform us on the day that your flight or train is delayed, the above waiting time policy still applies. Drivers are pre-assigned to multiple services and may have later bookings that cannot be delayed.
Cause of Delay: The above conditions apply regardless of the cause, including (but not limited to) bad weather, airline or train cancellations, strikes, technical issues or missed connections. Any claims for losses should be directed to the airline or train operator. We can provide receipts or booking confirmations to support compensation or insurance claims.
Missed Flights/Trains: If you miss your flight or train and do not arrive as scheduled, the service will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Incorrect Booking Details: You are responsible for providing accurate dates and times. We cannot guarantee availability or offer refunds if incorrect details are supplied during booking.
Final Checks: Before making payment, please double-check all booking information, including dates, times and spelling. Errors such as incorrect dates or times may result in a missed service with no refund.
